Going Home from the Rehabilitation Unit

When you are ready to go home, a nurse will talk with you about what you need to do when you get home.  The nurse will give you and your parent or guardian written instructions.

They may list:

• future doctor’s visits

• your therapy schedule

• x-ray or lab appointments

• a list of your medicines

If you need any written prescriptions, the nurse will give them to you.
